When can I expect delivery?
Subject to credit clearance you will usually have your office shredder within three working days.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE to a standard ground floor installation. Contact us for details if your office is first-floor or higher.

Which office shredder should I hire?
For advice on choosing an office shredder that suits your needs call our experts. We have access to the full range of HSM equipment and can guide you on what will be best for your office. If necessary, we can arrange a visit with a product specialist.

Is there a choice of colours?
Unfortunately not – all our office shredders are off-white with a black panel and designed to fit in with most office environments.

Are office shredders noisy?
They do make some noise when in use but the HSM range is specially designed to offer among the lowest noise levels on the market. The typical level is 64Db.

Can jams be easily cleared?
The unique auto reverse feature senses when too much paper is being fed in and stops the system before feeding it back through. This prevents 95% of jams and the manual reverse feed button allows operators to deal with any other jams quickly and easily.

How often do I need to oil the cutting head?
Ideally, this should be done every time the waste bag is changed, but depending on use this could only be once a month. We’ll email you a reminder so you don’t forget.
